A fast motor brake stops the saw blade immediately to increase user protection. Robustness is achieved by a sturdy design with a base plate made of steel and a die-cast aluminium lower guard.

The GKS 18V-57 Professional saws solid wood and derived lumber products like OSB, plywood, or MDF. It is compatible with all Bosch Professional 18 V batteries and chargers (Professional 18V System).

The GKS 18V-57 Professional features an LED light, air blower, dust port connector, soft start, and spindle lock.
