TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Mapepoxy BI-IMP is a two-component solvent-free epoxy binder. Before using the product, component A (resin) and component B (hardener) must be mixed. Due to its unique technology,

Mapepoxy BI-IMP has very high capillary activity and excellent adhesion to concrete and steel.

Mapepoxy BI-IMP has high mechanical strength and ensures concrete adhesion in wet environments. Mapepoxy BI-IMP does not shrink during polymerization, and when cured, it is impermeable to water.

Mapepoxy BI-IMP complies with standard EN 1504-9 "Products and systems for the protection and repair of concrete structures. Definitions, requirements, quality control and conformity assessment" general principles of part 9 "General principles of use of products and systems" and requirements of part 5 "Concrete grouting".

Pot life of the mixture at + 21 °C (EN ISO 9514; 1000 ml): approx. 30 min. Consumption: about 1 kg/liter of mixed material.
